Mad Dash or Charging Around

This behaviour is seen mostly in indoor cats, who are not able to burn off energy will dash around jumping off furniture with a wild look in their eyes. This usually occurs late at night with cats younger than five years old, but can be seen in older cats as well.

some indoor cats do this when they have done  a poop in the litter tray .its like they want to get as far away from it as possible

One of my cats Amber doesnt like going out so she burns off energy by charging round the house and jumping up the windows. I have a pic of her on my other pc of her hanging on the window after one of her mad ones lol
